A 3-day educational, cultural, & immersive arts experience that places spotlight on SABAR artforms of Senegal / the Senegambia region. Held annually, the weekend prior to Indigenous People's Day.
Exploring cultural artforms of Senegal, Cuba, & Brazil, as evolving products of African history, forced relocation, & societal changes, & the dynamics of modern culture that sometimes challenges traditions.
